A very nice project for diet. This can be used for KS3. Easy to follow task with a diet. Students can do a little research and follow the instructions to finish a simple project.

A powerpoint which is easy to follow with a Kahoot game and lots of links to videos. You will probably get two maybe three lessons out of this with plenty of discussion time. The session is aimed at personal hygiene for boys but can be adapted for anyone.
